Smeg x Coffee Table Prototype

1st version of table prototypes

Initially, I make my 1st version table prototypes with a simple and yet common look which is a square table and consist of 4 table legs with it by using cardboard and duct tape because I think this is the basic requirement of how a table should look like

2nd version of table prototypes

Next, When I was looking at my Moodboards, I notice that every Smeg's Products has a curved line shape. So, for the table surface, I replace it with foam and cut the sides to make it has a curved line shape. I also used cotton buds as the legs of the table but it kinda bends down as it is not strong enough to support the foam.

3rd version of table prototypes

For my 3rd version table prototypes, for the bottom part of the table, I have modified some changes by replacing cotton buds with cardboard. For the bottom part, I also cut the cardboard with a curved line shape and make it bend which turns out it has make it more feels like a Smeg's Product

4th version of table prototypes

For 4th version prototypes, I've added ice-cream stick into the prototype but end up I think this is too complicated for a coffee table as Smeg Design Concept is making product simple yet look elegant.
